Yinon is the head of product at Verstill. He works closely with customers to perfect and then bring their vision to the spirit.

Yinon has been creating craft beverages professionally for the past five years and has been an avid homebrewer and distiller for the last 15.

Before transitioning to the hi-tech industry, he started out in the food and beverage industry by managing several bars and brew pubs. A passion for brewing and distilling unique creations has led him to the distillery. He is also an owner and chef of a vegan and vegetarian specialty catering service.
