Residing in Tel-Aviv by the shores of the Mediterranean raising three grown-up kids and enjoying open-sea swimming and nature hiking.

An experienced executive and entrepreneur in technology-driven companies, focusing within Verstill on breakthrough technologies in distillation and maturation of alcoholic beverages.

Before that, Udi founded and led the Water Reuse Business Unit at IDE Technologies – leading the business case for advanced methods of membranal purification of treated wastewater, and later led the Product Management at Fluence Corp. (ASE: FLC), managing new membrane-based product-lines for sewage treatment and seawater desalination.

Udi implemented advanced water technology pilot and commercial installations of water treatment projects in China, Philippines, India, Spain, Taiwan, Norway and USA.

Prior to his Water & Food-tech career, Udi managed Venture Capital investments in various technology start-ups, founded and managed a Software startup and a DIY Recreational Center, led Corporate Spin-off of advanced image processing startup, and designed UI/UX for Israeli Air-Force F-16 and CH-53 cockpit and weapon systems.

Udi holds an MBA (INSEAD, France), a master’s degree in cognitive science and artificial intelligence from the Technion, Israel, and a bachelor degree in physics & mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (Talpiot, IDF Program).
