Liz Rhoades

Advisor

Liz is an international spirits consultant, writer, and presenter with over a decades’ experience in the alcoholic beverage industry. As an Advisor, she helps Verstill with the technical bits around spirit formulation, process, and quality.

After spending most of her career at Diageo, Liz founded Spirit Safe Consulting in 2019. Helping to advance the spirit industry, she also sits on the Advisory Committees for the Council of Whisky Masters and The Distilling Research Grant.  

Liz holds her Diploma Distiller from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling and a M.S. in Food and Fermentation Science from North Carolina State University.
