Ilan has over 25 years of experience in the wine and spirits business. Beginning with his days as a bartender, Ilan found the world of creating experiences through taste, very exciting. Both tradition and innovation appealed to him as he started gathering knowledge that led him to a commercial and marketing career in the field. In his early days he managed a bartending school, led the spirits division at Hacarem spirits, advised international companies and managed an international area for Roust inc.

Ilan has a Bachelor's degree in finance and management and an MBA with honors from Colman, Israel
